So here I am starting a blog. As if I didn't have enough to do these days with my two little ones, Nathan (3 years) and Cecilia (7 months), but I really wanted a way to communicate with friends and family. Mostly, I thought that if I'm writing something that people will read (this is a big assumption) that I'll need to write better.
I'm buying into the philosophy of the "10,000 hours to success" dogma that was written about by Malcolm Gladwell in Outliers. By this reasoning, if I write on this blog each day for an hour, I'll be a successful writer in 27 years. Good thing I'm starting this *ahem* young. I think I get extra points for writing while "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" is playing on the Fischer Price Sing Along Stage at head stabbing decibel levels (great toy by the way).
I'm still new to this blogging thing, so you'll have to be patient with me. I'll probably not let anyone know about this until I actually start to write something worth reading. Mostly this will be for posterity sake.
